Their work is shoddy. They replaced a stone that had fallen out of one of my rings and the stone fell out again less than a week later. They found a new stone for me at no charge but their lack of customer service sealed my poor opinion of them. They give you an estimate on how long work should (not an exact time) and then expect you to call to check on their progress. They do not call to let customers know that their work is finished, but instead you have to call them. Very aggravating. I do NOT recommend using their "service."

Bad, Bad, Bad People!!!!!!!!

We got a purebred female Lhasa Apso??? As she grew it became obvious that she wasn’t purebred. We presented the DNA results. It turns out the papers were fraudulent, she is half Shih Tzu. No apologies, No compensation for the fraud. This business is not reputable honest or fair. DO NOT GET A PUPPY FROM A PUPPY MILL!!!!!!!

This place is a joke, don’t buy a dog here.It took us $2,000 to get our puppy healthy.Our neighbors dogs now sick from the puppy we purchased here.They couldn’t have cared any less.STAY AWAY

This pet store lies about the puppies they sell---it has been proven time and time again that they buy their puppies from known puppy mills. Check out the channel 3 news, they did a story about one of the puppies that came from this store. Their pet supplies are incredibly overpriced ($30+ for a dog sweater) and the owner is dishonest. Don't support this business.
