I was in a rut and hadn't felt great about my hair in years. I never felt like the style and color of my hair matched my image. I went to a lot of salons in Urbana, Champaign and even Mahomet. I wanted a hairstylist that could "wow me". I gave them a lot of wiggle room when it came to the cut and color so I was disappointed that none of them seized the opportunity to be creative. I tried Jennifer at Innu Salon and had a great experience! She gave me a cut that is outside the box and stylish, she asked me a lot of questions before talking to me about her vision. She did the color after she cut it which was different than what I'm used to but she explained that she used the hair cut to know where to put the accent colors (or something like that) and it turned out so so so beautiful. Thank you Jen - you did a great job and I am looking forward to returning.

YES - this IS THE JENNIFER who was the prior owner of Allure..... she now has her own private hair studio in a great location of Downtown Champaign! Being new to the area I had to do some detailed research to find a GREAT STYLIST and after my research decided that Jennifer at INNU was my best choice --- so very glad that I chose her! Her years of talent combined with her true desire to please the client is refreshing. I love my corrected color and my new haircut and plan on referring lots of people to her. I think LOTS of her prior clients will be relieved to locate her and get back on the beauty track with Jennifers talents!!

After moving down here from Chicago, I tried several salons and kept being disappointed with the results. I came across Jennifer as I was nearing the end of my rope. She was great. She gave me the best highlight and cut of my life. As I left the salon I couldn't get over how great the color looked, but then over the next week I realized it was the cut I was even more in love with. She took my neither straight enough or curly enough hair and made it hold a nice wave. I was able to cut my hair-prep time down to 5 minutes in the morning and look like I had spent hours. I was so obsessed with my hair that I started sending my boyfriend to see her. He had been seeing another one of the trendy salons in town and was sure that no one could totally tame his hair. It is well over a month since his cut and it still has a definite shape and style. Needless to say we will never have to search elsewhere for a fabulous stylist in Champaign-Urbana!

Jennifer has done my hair for years. She actually takes the time to not only explain the cut she is giving me but shows me how to style it. Last month she did my hair for my wedding. i could not have even imagined my hair looking so good. Whether you are looking for a cut, color, highlights, or an updo your hair will always look amazing. I highly reccomend you call Innu.

My hair has never looked more beautiful, shinny and healthy. I asked Jennifer to give me subtle Ombre highlights, I didn't want my hair to look as if it was colored at all and I needed her to get rid of the orangey blonde ends. She did exactly what I asked for and it looks better than I had expected. Salon is VERY nice, I felt like a celeb the whole time. The cut is also exactly what I asked for, just a trim to clean up the ends.

I had heard really good things about Jennifer at Innu, and that she had recently moved to the downtown area from another salon. I'm super happy, love my hair, am a fan of Jennifer and her Innu Hair Salon, a lovely experience. Highly recommend!
