I have two young boys and no spare time to clean. I have been in search of a great cleaning company for months. After hearing about Maid to Perfection in one of their magazines ads which also provided me with a coupon. I automatically called them. When they left after their first clean I called them right away and set up a regular scheduled cleaning. I was and still am so happy with the work they do!

Communication was poor and the work performed was less than great. Not all the rooms promised were cleaned. Carpet cleaning was expensive and had to be redone, as the job they did was inadequate.

Gina,I had 2 young ladies arrive today on time, as promised. I like that a lot. They were not only professional but they were also personable. They went to work immediately without instruction, direction or supervision - I came to "help" if they had questions. What a laugh - I was only in the way. I spent my time on my office VPN, continued as if I were still at the office. Then I went to the lower level to organize files while they took care of business in my home (two upper levels). Here's the real deal - I can go to church this Sunday because I don't have to stay home to clean. I like that a lot too! I hope you send the same two young ladies on the 26th - they were exceptional. We've been using Maid to Perfection for a several months now. It was a great decision. They do quality work, are reliable, and very professional. A few months ago they caused some damage. I called and it was fixed, professionally, in no time. I was very impressed with the way they handled the situation. I would definitely recommend them!

We have used Maid to Perfection in Champaign on different occasions, but lately their prices have gone up and the quality of service has gone down. Our cleaning prices were adjusted up this year by 40% which I find outrageous. Their crew has also broken several items, most of which could not be replaced. My advice is lock up your precious items and do not let them near such valuables. Things such as crystal stem-ware, picture frames and be very careful about them running their equipment into you furniture. We have suffered through several scratches and dents to expensive pieces of furniture and baseboards. Additionally, keep a watch on their cleaning of areas out of sight, (under & behind). When I asked a supervisor about cleaning areas under and behind, his response + the crew will not clean it unless they can see it.+ When looking for a high quality cleaning service, I would pass on Maid to Perfection in Champaign and keep looking. ######Yours Truly, ######Still Picking up the Pieces
