I would like everyone in your company and the community to know what a fantastic experience I had with Mattex. Right after the holiday (on a very cold day) my furnace stopped working. It's got a little age on it, so I called 3 local companies to come take a look. The first 2 gave it an analysis and told me I needed a new furnace, and they happily gave me quotes for a new one. Mattex was my 3rd, and Trevor came over to take a look and give me an estimate. After looking at it, he asked me if it was ok if he called a service guy over. Chris came over, and they both came to talk to me with a smile on their face. Evidently, when getting chairs out for my company, the gas line to the furnace was bumped and it turned off the gas. My furnace did not need replaced! Not only was I relieved that I didn't have to replace my furnace immediately, but I was so impressed with Trevor & Chris's honesty. They could have told me that I needed a new furnace, and I wouldn't have known the difference. These guys (and your company) are hero's to me. I will need to replace my furnace in the near future, and I know who is going to get my business. Thank you! ~Ginny D.

Very under-skilled labor. Mattex employs young and inexperienced techs. The owner came on site several times for our facility and made costly errors that our company had to pay for. I recommend watching this company if you hire them for work, they send their invoices a month after the work is done and they often have unnecessary charges. I've seen 2 HVAC companies at our facility as well as a private company for my residence. Mattex is by far the least professional. They do not offer a competitive maintenance contract and they are very inexperienced. Think twice before hiring.
