YUCK!

Building generally dirty, receptionist there overworked and confused most of the time, in order to enter the workforce room you must sign in with your social security number in front of everyone, there is zero privacy! The receptionsit at that particular desk looks tired, is not very helpful nor patient with anyone she is constantly absent from the desk, always on a smoke break or smells like she just came off of one, the last time I was there she had a blue polo shirt that was dirty, unbuttoned, and she was braless. Yuck!

It amazes me at how I felt most of the people looking for a job were more qualified than she was to be sitting there at the desk . The computers and printers are always not working properly or broken and often unattended. While filing my claim or engageing in job search I often have to assist others in how to navigate the computer or use the software that the state has set up because there is often only one attendant for the whole room and they are slow, overworked and most times not more knowledgeable than the user stuggling to use the computer. Did I mention there is no privacy! The room is uninviting, no supplies available to jobseekers such as scratch paper, proper pens and pencils to write with. The job book is ancient and often outdated as is the posting in the room to offer assistance to the users of job service. I believe customer service is VERY important regardless the situation, if you are looking for assistance here..I suggest you help yourself. This system is very bureaucratic, they have jobs regardless if you do or not.
