Built in 1967, Robeson Elementary School is a coeducational institution that offers educational programs to more than 500 students in kindergarten through fifth grade. It maintains a parent-teacher association that works with students, families, schools and businesses to expand educational opportunities for students. Robeson Elementary School supports several before- and after-school child care and enrichment programs. The school organizes a variety of extracurricular activities, such as student assemblies, student fun days and family reading and science nights. Located in Champaign, Ill., Robeson Elementary School is a part of Champaign Community Unit School District 4, which has a total enrollment of over 9,000 students.
