I am sure she is good to adoptive families but not always the birth mother. And we do deserve respect. She did help me find a good family, but as soon as the process was over and I called her for some information she ignored my calls. Yes ignored a sad fourteen year old who gave up her kid for adoption. So I say she's good but don't let her get you to believe that she really cares about you or personal situation. To her it is just money.
