My nephew bought a bed from these MAGGOTS and had to sleep on his floor for 2 weeks until they finally delivered it. And to top it off they didn't even deliver the metal frame that was supposed to come with it . They took advantage of him because he is a special needs person ,Mentally Challenged. I wouldn't buy anything from this place ever again.

We ordered our sofa set a few weeks before moving into our new home. They said it would take 4-6 weeks to get in. 4 weeks later I called and they said 6-8 weeks. At 8 weeks we still did not have a couch and they said that it was down for coming in the next week. By the en I the next week we called and they said they would figure it out. Supposedly it was on "back order" and wouldn't be in until the 10th week. The 10th week we called and they calle the company the couch was coming from and they had shut down the business and somehow our invoice got "lost" so we ha to find a new couch and place a whole new order wait another 4 weeks to get our couch! On top of that they wouldn't even deliver it for free once I finally convinced them they should thy said it would be another two weeks before they could because they were behind on deliveries. There excuse was they had a huge sell the previous weekend and had a lot to deliver (as if we shouldn't be top priority for waiting almost 4 MONTHS!)

we bought red suede sofa and bed(both cheap quality, headboard was broken when delivered, and it took 2.5 month to replace the headboard)When you initially visit their store they say that you can get furniture next week but once you place order forget about your money and furnitureOn calling them they abuse the customers, once you give them money they never greet you when visit their storeBeware of buying furniture from them, we suffered and I do not want any one else to sufferif you can wait forever then u can go ahead and buy furniture from them..chepooooooooooos..all of salesman are liars, specially mikealso they overrate the price and then say 50% off for you...u can better get good branded furniture from furniture row or ashley at same pricei wish i can give them -ve ratings

I looked everywhere for a nice sectional that was good quality and in my price range. Most places were so expensive! This Is It had several to choose from and the price was better than any other I found. They even had it in stock, so I was able to get it delivered right away. I love the way my living room looks now. :) Thanks Big Mike!

We came into the store to look for a chaise lounge. As we were coming in, big Mike was headed out but he stopped and asked what we were looking for. He noticed my wife was walking with a cane and offered to personally push her around the store in a chair with wheels on it. That was some "over the top" service right there. He helped us find the perfect chair and did all the paperwork too. He wheeled her right out to our car and gave us a fond farewell.. Awesome experience.. Thanks Downer Mike

I took my girlfriend to This Is It after hearing so much about them and seeing the commercials. I must admit this was the best experience I've had looking for furniture , Big Mike from the commercial was actually the person who helped us pick out an Ashley leather sectional. It's always nice to see owners of businesses taking part of the daily operations. Big Mike made sure we got exactly what we wanted at a really resonable price. The furniture even came in earlier than to be expected. Our overall experience was wonderful I'll definitely be back for all of my furniture needs,and highly recommend This Is It .

I just recently went shopping around for leather power reclining sofa and recliner and this is it furniture priced it the lowest price ever! Got the furniture delivered and we are now enjoying and relaxing in our new furniture! This is the best deal in town.

I just moved into my first apartment and was shopping all ober for furniture. This Is It had what I wanted! I got a nice pillow top mattress, a sofa, loveset, tv stand, and a kitchen table for under $2000 and it's *not cheap*!! They worked with with me on credit and financing and I got exactly what I needed. I couldn't afford to shop anywhere else.THANKS THIS IS IT!!

Owner Big MIke is very rude. They don't deliver the furniture on time. If you are expecting good customer service and good furniture, don't go to this it it. I am sure the below reviews with good ratings are written by themselves

What a great feeling knowing that no commission in involved with our mattress purchase, the other stores we went to were on us like stink on SHIT. Will be back to This Is It Furniture for my next furniture purchase. And I also got a huge free onion.

This Is It Furniture has the best deals in town! I bought a 5 piece living room package and they gave me a room package discount. They told me it could take up to 4 to 6 weeks to come in, but called me three weeks later to inform me it had arrived all ready. I will definately shop there again.

When my wife and I were shopping for new bedroom furniture, we had been looking at some furniture by Ashley. I hadn't bought furniture since we got married and was shocked at some of the prices I had seen around town. Then a friend of mine told me that they bought their livingroom group at This Is It and that it was made by Ashley. We went out the next weekend to look around and ended up ordering a new Ashley bedroom set. THEY SAVED US SO MUCH MONEY that we were able to purchase a new mattress for our guest bedroom as well. They have the friendliest sales men working there, and I'll definitely go back the next time I need something.

Big Mike and his staff were very patient with me and my husband when we couldn't make up our minds on which living room set to buy. We ended up ordering one and it was great! It came in sooner than we thought and they delivered it as well. Great customer service!
