I would stay clear of this storage company. Set up storage with them for my RV after the called me and said they had space. Canceled my currant storage space so they had time to fill it prior to winter, only to find out Hamel storage rented out the space they confirmed for my camper a couple weeks prior to someone else. When questioned about it they stated that someone told them the wrong dimensions for a different RV and now mine wouldn’t fit. The funny thing is they had room for my 33’ RV when they called me but I had sold it and dropped down to a 25’ rv so the math didn’t add up. The only reason they got a 1 star was because it won’t let you give a zero star. While I talked with his wife on the phone about what happened he was being rude in the background saying that I didn’t put any money down so not his problem, that is after they told me to pay cash day of drop off. I would be very cautious using this company and wouldn’t trust any verbal agreements. If you must use them make sure to get everything in writing
