I made an appointment with someone who claimed to be a "receptionist" to establish a Primary Care Physician. The person assured me that the appointment was made. When I got to the office, having taken a day off work to be there, they had no record of the appointment. Apparently they let a passing derelict manage their phone calls, and he couldn't write. This confirms my disdain for any medical setup associated with Advent Health.

This office is horrible!! I went there for convenience purposes, but will never return! They are rude and unprofessional. Their bookkeeping skills are sub par also, as I just received a notice from a collections company for a bill I supposedly owe them from January of 2015. They make you pay up front before seeing the PA. I owe them nothing!!

STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Dr. Palazolo is the rudest, nastiest, doctor I have ever been to. You can be the only one waiting and still be there for over an hour. The doctor cares nothing about her patients at all. The receptionist is just as rude and nasty. The three stoogies could run a better doctors office.
