I was very happy with Terry Torkelson who helped me purchase my dishwasher. However, Kurt was suppose to contact me to deliver and install it. I bought it last Sat and as of today still have not heard from Kurt. I had to find someone else to install it. If Kurt doesn't want the business, they need to provide another source. My rating is based on Kurt.

Do not buy the service plan. I bought a refrigerator and the service plan from my local Appliance Smart. Today the freezer and refrigerator completely died. I called in for service. The soonest I could get someone out to repair this is one week from now. No refrigerator for one week in the summer! The service lady that I spoke to was extremely rude and didn't seem to care at all that they are scheduled so far out.

We went in to purchase a couple items from this appliance smart and were met with a wonderful, caring, and truly honest guy. He told us the truth regarding what we wanted, never pressured us, and helped us above and beyond what we've ever experienced. Just a classy guy! Thanks for all your experience and kindness C.J.!
