I purchased a Groupon for a gel manicure and pedicure. I am new in town and bought the Groupon to try it out to see if I liked it enough to go there regularly. I called and got a voicemail. I left her my number to schedule. I got a text from her several days later not even a phone call. I asked her how much a manicure and pedicure cost because I was thinking of saving my Groupon for later and just paying for my services this time. She said I was unable to purchase 2 Groupons and I was confusing the situation for her. I clarified the situation for her and she never responded back to me. Apparently she has too many customers and was not interested in another. I am going to use my money on this Groupon for a more organized professional salon.

I purchased a groupon and tried multiple times to make an appoinment with Annette. She never had appointments within two weeks, so when February rolled around I decided to call to try to make an appointment the first week of March before a trip I had planned. We agreed on the fourth, then she told me she might have a cancellation on Saturday that she would let me know about but in the case that didn't pan out, I had an appointment for the fourth. She never called me, and the next wednesday after I called her a few times to try to see what was going on. She told me she had not made an appointment for me, and then suggested a day I had just told her a couple of minutes before I would be out of town for. When I calmly told her it was unlikely I would be using the groupon, she HUNG UP on me. Annette is disorganized, unprofessional, and has no business being on groupon. I will be calling groupon to try to get my money back.

I purchased a groupon for gel mani/pedi and was able to book an appointment in the timeframe I needed. Annette was super nice. She listened to my concerns about my brittle nails and while I didn't think I had the length for a French on my nails, she said I did and we could do it. Although skeptical, that is my preferred look so I gave in. And much to my surprise they looked great! She painted the white farther down on my nail bed but it didn't look bad at all. She was very meticulous about the paint job on the nails and toes. I booked a follow up appt and can't wait to go back. Cute salon and convenient location not too far off the 202.

I also used a groupon. It was for the gel mani/pedi. She did not even remove the dead skin around the cuticles.She said they looked good.She said she was going to soak my nails,but never did .No lotion applied or hand massage. I thought that was a standard practice.Not here.No exfoliation done during the pedicure,& a very minimal foot massage. It was difficult trying to talk to her. The polish job looks good,but the rest was not a good experience. I am sure she can do better,as a lot of her regular clients have stated. I will not be returning.

They never answer the phone , the times to schedule an appointment is very limited, after a month of trying to make my schedule work with them i stopped trying, im now in the process of getting my money back, i would definitely not recommend this nail Salon

I got a groupon for gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. First, she barely talked to me. I kept trying to start a conversation and she gave one word answers. My gel was pretty good.. a little thick. When I saw a mistake and pointed it out, she has oh next time I will need to work on that. Then my pedicure was so short! The massage was literally 5 mins and consisted of just my feet. It was not a very pleasant visit!

I bought a KGB deal voucher for $22 for a "1.5 hour deluxe mani-pedi. She was booked up so I wasn't able to use the voucher during it's valid dates. KGB refused to refund, so she nicely agreed to accept my voucher late. I went for my appointment and she was running 15 minutes late. I brought my own supplies (non-toxic polish & remover), which she complained the remover didn't work quickly enough and would cut into my time (no other salon has had any problem). She constantly was checking her phone, and at one point she was listening to her voicemail as she worked on me. She filed my nails quickly and removed a little cuticle before painting my nails, and painting over little bits of cuticle and fuzz from her towel. She spent maybe 20 minutes on my hands. Then the feet... she opted not to use my nail polish remover and instead try to file off my old nail polish. She filed the nails quickly, skipped doing anything with cuticles, and went straight to painting. She filed my heels for maybe 30 seconds. She spent maybe 20 minutes total on my feet, and called the job done. I couldn't do the foot soak due to a recent injury, but I'm guessing it wasn't going to be a 50 minute foot soak. No where near a "1.5 hour deluxe mani-pedi." I could've done a better job at home, and didn't even feel relaxed between her on the phone and her complaining about my supplies. I was so disappointed I didn't even tip... and I always tip, even when services aren't that great. She's a nice person, but I would not go to her again.

I have been with Annette for eleven years and honestly she is the best nail tech ever!! I have gone to some other places and they don't even do half of what Annette does. She is smart with her job and her suite is the best of the best! She does everything from gels to acrylic and she does polish also! She also has the cheapest prices around. Annette has been doing this job for 25 years, so that makes her a professional in my opinion. The salon that she works at is clean and absoulutely beautiful. They have chandliers and a nice atmosphere. The people who also work there are very nice.

I just adore Annette. She is as sweet as can be. I look forward to my appointments with her so much. She has a very nice studio in a very nice boutique. Her service is great and I have been having my nails done with Annette for many years. Thank you Annette. Katie

I have a been a client of Annette's for close to 20 years. The only time I've ever seen anyone else was when she was on maternity leave and it was awful! I have never found anyone with the attention to detail and quality of work that Annette has. Her prices are VERY reasonable. She is personable and professional and is probably the best person I know when it comes to quality customer service. I travel a lot for work and she is very accomodating when I have to reschedule. I can't say enough good things about her. She's the best nail tech in AZ!

Super clean and super quality. Annette takes great care to make sure her clients have the best experience - quiet and comfortable surroundings; meticulous nail care; efficient and on time service; reasonably priced. Better service than a spa! I have been a regular client for years and would not think of going elsewhere.

Annette is so sweet and always provides the best service. I love going to her very warm and inviting suite inside a very nice salon mall. If you want to be pampered then I would give Annette a call. Thank you Annette.
