DINNER BEWARE!!! EXTREMELY POOR "MANAGER"!! Hands down the worst dining experience of our lives. Don't get me wrong the food is good, but the "Manager" is seriously lacking in tact and knowledge. Food that was too hot was served to the table. It caused injury to a member of our party and their main dish, a steaming bowl of seafood soup was rejected and sent back to the kitchen, because who wants to eat hot soup with a burnt lip?
A burned lip really is not that big of a deal and we were willing to let it go until the "Manager" came out and informed us in a, condescending tone, that they would not be removing the soup from our bill. When the issue was explained as to why the soup was sent back, she immediately attacked us, saying it was our fault that the food was too hot and we were hurt by it. The "Manager" then proceeded to bully members of our party and forced them to pay despite not received our meal. Because of the hostile environment created by the "Manager" and the staff in this restaurant we felt it necessary to leave without being able to finish our meals or take them with us.
I would avoid this establishment at ALL costs, there are many other Pho restaurants that will treat their customers with respect.
