Rude front desk employee in Chandler. I was turn down from my appointment as I was 9 min late, when inquire, the manger says it is 10 mins grace period from the appointment time

Every year I travel to Europe (2-3 times per year). I have a dentist there, and I have (actually had) a dentist in the US (Bright now Dental; Today I just found my new dentist in the US).

I reached out to you before I am to travel again, so I can ensure that I have that clean hygienic mouth. I have specifically indicated what I needed (a Hygienist to do basic clean up (she always used to do that before).

I came in at 11:40AM, on a Saturday - and I got out at 2PM. For a regular cleanup, I had to wait 1 hour in the lobby, and another 40 minutes for someone to come and talk to me on the dentist office chair. This is my very first disappointment.

Second disappointment. Your practice refused to give me what I asked for. The doctor’s intention was clearly to get me into disregarding or not hearing my request. After 1 or 2 minutes, he just left without saying Good Bye! No smile on his face (Bright Now Dental was about making everyone smile; yet, your doctors don’t smile?!). He seemed to be bored to death. Very unfortunate!!!

Third issue - The doctor asked the receptionist (Olivia T.) to attempt to convince me to do the deep clean up. I insisted that I know what I need, as I do NOT have any problems whatsoever, and I just want a basic clean up with the hygienist. She insisted that a basic clean up will NOT be done. That’s very disturbing. I refused 100%.

One other disappointment - the employee who did my X-Rays. She was rushing, and causing me so much pain with those measurements parts placed in my mouth. She apologized, but my insider part of the gum hurt so bad. And it was a repetitive instant. As if this wasn’t enough, she just did part of my mouth, and she was done. I asked - why is she done, when I asked for full X-Rays, and this “in-rush” lady is telling me that she is doing just partial?!

I asked for X-Rays via e-mail; I was told that's not possible. What a joke.

I went for a second opinion to a different practice. I got what I need.
