Dominic the Director of Bueler's couldn't have been morekind, helpful, professional, and caring of our loss. He answered all of our questions and concerns in a thoughtful manner and assisted us in cremation and shipping the ashes for us when out of state arrangements could be made. I would recommend Bueler's Mortuary to my friends and family whole heartedly. Thank you for making adevastating loss bearable.

Our Father passed away very sudden (2011) and like most he had not prepared for this. The hospital had him picked up by Bueler, I contacted them the following Monday and let them know our situation. I can say that EVERYONE there did way more than they had to do. We all get desensitized at our jobs but this is one place that really seemed to care and want to help in one of the worse situations we all will face one time or another. When I say one time or another; another came very quickly for us as our Mom passed away in 2012. I did not hesitate to call Bueler and let them know that we needed their help again. Again EVERYONE there went out of their way to help! I don't wish the task of organizing a funeral for your loved ones, but if you must go to Bueler. Dominic, thank you very much. Rob

This mortuary is linked with the local Chandler Regional Hospital in AZ and was highly recommended by the hospital. I was told there are no transportation and storage fees while arrangements are being made. Not only were we LIED to and have to pay these costs, but the services we chose are marked up to about 300% higher than EVERY surrounding mortuary. I was lied to again when I was told by Michael that the extra costs cover the fees and taxes associated with our chosen services. I wonder if Bueller is the only place in AZ that must has these fees??? Once Micheal found out we were confirming other arrangements with another place, that's when I was bombed with all kinds of fees that I was previously told were free of charge. Micheal was and still is the one my family is dealing with and the non caring, unprofessional manner is among the worst I have ever seen. The last place I would think that would try to scam somebody is a mortuary dealing with a grieving family. I hope this helps

We recently used Buelers for a family member. They spent time with us, answered all questions, and made the process as easy as possible for us. We would recommend them.

Used Bueler's recently for a death in the family. I found them to be caring, compassionate & their prices were very reasonable

They were very helpful and they charged a fraction of the other 2 places I checked. I would recommend them.

Once I paid them they suddenly weren't available anymore. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do what I paid them to do.
