I called Built by Grace in December of 2014 for help in organizing my garage. My wife says I'm a hoarder, however, I consider myself as organizationally challenged. However, once Built by Grace came in, even I had to admit, they did a great job on organizing my garage. Now I can find everything and my wife is happy too. So good job, guys.

My wife and I were looking at remodeling our kitchen. We tried to go to Home Depot, and ouch. Sticker shock! We looked around at a couple of other places, but they all were charging way too much. Built By Grace was actually the sixth place my wife tried. They won me over almost immediately. First off, their prices were much more affordable than a lot of their competition, we didn't go over our budget, and they were done fairly quickly. They know what they're doing and they're good at what they do. No other way to describe them

My late husband used to handle all of the household repairs. When he passed away a couple of years ago, I let things slip a bit. I could do some repairs on my own, but just as many I couldn't do, such as replacing the ceiling fan and the light fixture in the living room They did a great job, and had it done a lot quicker than if I had tried it on my own or with my son's help. They were fair in price, and were very friendly. I recommend them to you.

I moved to the Phoenix area in December of 2014 after my parents died, and had a lot of fixing up to do around my late folks' home.I was able to handle the flooring as I used to do it for a living, but I needed new cabinets, new electrical fixtures and some minor plumbing fixes. I found Built by Grace from a recommendation from my pastor. I gave them a call and I was glad I did. They came in and took care of all the stuff I needed to do. Now, my house is starting to look like a home.

Built By Grace is organized and professional. I had them come in for a bathroom remodeling project in November of 2014. They worked within our budget and kept costs in line. I would work with them again.

I wanted to get new kitchen cabinets for spring. I had a bad case of sticker shock. I went to Home Depot, and a couple of other places and realized that the only way I was going to get new cabinets installed was to sell a kidney or something. Without much hope, I called Built By Grace and they gave me a quote which was really low. I was suspicious, thinking that the cabinets were going to be really low quality and shoddy, but they weren't. They were beautiful and looked almost identical to ones that I saw when I was looking at earlier. They got them in within a day, and they look absolutely gorgeous. Thanks a lot, BBG

I called Built By Grace right after new year in January of 2015. I wanted to add a room to my home as well as do a bit of remodeling. I am glad I called them. After an initial problem of playing telephone tag, we agreed on a time and day. They showed up, did what we agreed on, and then they left. They didn't charge me a ridiculous amount. I'd definitely work with them again.

My home has always been a fixer-upper. I got it fairly cheap, but I always knew I'd have to put a lot of effort, time, and money making it mine. The only problem is I don't have that much knowledge of how to do even simple remodeling. That's where Built By Grace came in. They remodeled my bathroom, and now it's really nice. I've got glass tiles to accent some areas, better fixtures and a new bathtub. I'd highly recommend them to anyone interested in remodeling their bathroom.

Trying to set up a consultation was enough of a hassle; I called in to set up an appointment, only to be sent to their website. Filled out the form, had an email back-and-forth with the receptionist, and finally got an appointment (by the way, if you're not available before 10am Mon-Fri, don't bother, they won't work with you.) The day of the appointment came, and no show. Called the office, found out they got the wrong address, and didn't bother calling me, they just left. That phone call ended with them refusing to work with me because I sounded frustrated on the phone.Save yourself the time, don't bother with these people.

We had Built Buy Grace install new granite counter tops in our kitchen and build a bar in our game room. Everything turned out perfect! We are very pleased with the quality of work, the professionalism and the great customer service we received - all at a great price. We would highly recommend them for any project you have.

I will and have recommended them to friends. From Lisa to Mason and Tyler, everyone was helpful, friendly and very nice. Quite refreshing when I hear others' horror stories of home repair and remodeling.

The respectfulness and obvious honorable nature of the Project Manager/Builder and Assistant. We were also kept informed at all times by the Project/On-Site Manager as need arose in the completing of the job

Built By Grace gave me my dream kitchen! They were very attentive and willing to answer all of my questions from the beginning of the project through completion. Jason understood my ideas and helped me find ways to achieve the look I wanted that fit within my budget. This kind of personalized professionalism is rare these days and I am so happy I found Built By Grace. When they were in my home they were respectful, clean and trustworthy. This team truly does great work with integrity. They arrived on time and the project was completed on schedule. It was so great to find a high quality East Valley remodeler that has been in the business for a long time. I couldn’t be happier!

A very bad experience I encountered from your company. It was disheartening to think that a business could be so unprofessional just because of a disagreement due to the fact that I did not understand them. Shame on them.

I just got a kitchen update from Built by Grace a few days ago and I simply couldn't be happier. They completely refreshed my kitchen for me and it looks outstanding. Jason came by the house when it was convenient for me and assessed the layout. We told him we wanted to refresh the kitchen with some new cabinets and granite. He studied everything closely and said to us "You don't need new cabinets, these are still in great shape." Cabinets are expensive and that would've been easy money in his pocket. We restores our current cabinets and put in the new granite and it looks beautiful.Jason and his team are so detailed and it shows when you look at our kitchen. He was professional and communicative throughout the whole process and they were all respectful of our time. Price was right especially for the quality work. Would recommend to anyone!

Was searching for a reliable, honest, handyman service orgnanization who would not take advantage of hourly rate charges. Found a company that did exactly that. Quoted an 8-10 hour job and ended up taking 12 hours for what I considered relative minor work. Very slow and drawn out process. Would not recommend for handyman services.

We used BBG for their handyman services a few months ago, the technician was very knowledgable and did an excellent job, we found out while he was here that BBG also does remodleing. We had their team come back and remodel both our bathrooms, what a stunning transformation!! Jason is so easy to work with and has a great team of employees and sub contractors. We are planning on having them remodel our kitchen next year! Thanks Built by Grace!!

Over the past 35 years, Bill Bosco has helped me and my family with numerous building, remodeling, repair and maintenance projects. Bill is a consummate professional; knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, highly skilled, neat, and always goes the extra mile. I highly recommend him and his work.

Bill Bosco put a security door and widened the doorways making accessible the master bedroom to our daughter who was coming home from the hospital and would be in a wheelchair. Bill accomodated us even though he had a busy schedule and we had a very tight deadline before our daughter came home. Bill made suggestions that kept the cost down and got the work done on time.
