Cloudnet gives employees ten days of PTO per year (sick and vacation days), and pressures employees to work while sick. If you want a job where you can skate by doing minimal work with limited management, Cloudnet is the place, but this also means that you will be working with people who have been barely performing (or completely botching) their job tasks for years. It is impossible to make improvements in processes and procedures, which range from undefined to nonexistent and are lax at best; however, policies regarding attire and decorum continue to become more strict. In general, the company is very young and management is green and has no idea how to grow or provide guidance for team members. Pay is extremely low, and company culture is one of "we're all in the same hellhole." Employees are unhappy and make it known. The work environment is toxic, and management is only concerned with the bottom line (the company is owned by two men that are as clueless as their employees). Daily operations are extremely unorganized, and management and executives consistently operate in "damage control" mode, which generates an overarching state of chaos. Turnover is high and most of the long-term employees have or are making their way out. The company cares very little about the employees and the employees don't care about the company.
