No show and no call.. Took the day off for the 8-5 tech arrival time too. Bullshit business. Oh did I mention absolutely no people skills or respect for customers.

Other posts had a different experience than mine. Although the job was done, it was the longest 4 hours of my life with a tech that needed training in basic social skills. He was hired to fix a drainage problem under the house, yet insisted he needed to check ALL plumbing rooms, baths & kitchen.

Walking this person through the house only made me want to get him out of there asap.



Tried to power sell non-issues and broke a tile piece while looking at bath tub faucet. Got up and said, wheres the next room. I told tech to go outside & finish the original request, making vulger remarks as he left. Less professional than I would expect from customer facing technicians. The drain pipe was fixed, the tile was not.

I would call no one else for my plumbing needs. Dugan Plumbing has my highest recommendation.

Dugan Plumbing sent some guys out to fix some leaks & work on my sink and they did an excellent job. Everything is fixed, and the sink looks great. Their guys were helpful, courteous, clean, and did as I asked. They did a great job.

This company is very kind. After they did some work in my rental property they allowed me to make payments as needed to cover the bill. Thank you for your generosity.

The plumber Dugan Plumbing sent to my house was courteous, professional, and got the job done. I've called them before and they are consistently good and professional.

There was a collapsed pipe that was causing an obvious problem with our sewer. The pipe ran right next to 3 trees that I would have rather saved. Will was very careful and took the extra effort to preserve the trees and leave my yard as good as it looked before they started digging. I appreciate that extra effort and the professionalism of you company and the services offered. Thanks for saving our trees, including my sons 1st Christmas tree. you guys are great!
