General Information:

At East Valley CrossFit we believe that the CrossFit training method is the single most effective means of training for optimal general fitness. In addition to CrossFit, we offer Olympic Weightlifting and Sports Performance Training.  CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program based on broadly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity that is universally scalable for all levels of fitness.

Mon - 6:00am - 10:00am; 4:30pm-7:30pm

 

Tues - 6:00am-9:00am; 4:30pm-7:30pm

 

Wed - 6:00am - 10:00am; 4:30pm-7:30pm

 

Thu - 4:00pm - 8:00pm

 

Fri - 6:00am - 10:00am; 4:30pm-7:30pm

 

Sat - 9:30 - 12:30pm; 1:00pm-4:00pm

 

Sun - 10:00am - 11:00am
