In reviewing PM companies, I noticed this guy has taken most of his photos from other websites. Highly unethical, perhaps illegal.

Our HOA recently terminated the property management services of EquinoxOne. Steve had a great sales pitch and sharp marketing folder about all of the wonderful things that EquinoxOne would do for our small struggling HOA. Not to mention, his price was right. However, he only made our lives more complicated. EquinoxOne wouldn't pay our subcontractors/utilities on time, probably in hopes of kickbacks from his subs. In fact, we went unknowingly 1 month without insurance due to his lack of payments. He then switched our insurance without required Board approval, costing us hundreds of dollars. When we figured this out and he was questioned, he was confrontational yet couldn't provide evidence of our permission (since it never happened). After we parted ways w/ Steve & requested back our archives, we received only a handful of our original documents and nothing from his year of service. He also did not transfer over our bank accounts in a timely manner. EquinoxOne was a nightmare!
