-outdated office

-they changed my doctor w/out telling me

-turns out new doctor is not covered under my insurance

-after being told by new doctor I only have 2 cavities and finding out they are not covered - I requested the my actual doctor to perform work

-was told my original doctor only does 'crowns' and that he would have to redo the exam and determine if he agreed w the other doctors diagnosis. however, he only did 'crowns' not cavities

-billing errors



I have gone to a new dentist who is a 10 and I don't know why I stayed w this office for so long not realizing there is so much better. w tight schedules and lack of research - I can see where I failed on my side. however, this had driven me to search and realize there are better offices.



I do not recommend this office at all for anything!

Took my 91 year old father in a wheel chair to pick up his relined denture. Dentist went home early and no oen called us. Other dentists were there, but refused to work on Dad, even though they knew how difficult it was to get him there. They called later and asked if they could drop off the denture at his assisted living home. How stupid can you get?!? Anyone who has ever had a denture knows that there is ALWAYS adjustments to be made. Look elsewhere for an office who has more compassion, which is 99% of all others out there. Took him to Tempe Dental Care on Guadalupe and almost cried as everyone there treated Dad as he was thier own father.
