I had a hot water Heater problem: Called my homeowners warranty Co. (AHS) and they send out Grace Plumbing The Tech arrived on time. Checked out the problem which was the electrical control center was bad and needed to be replaced. It was Friday PM and he had to order a part from the company Bradford White which is in Michigan the part arrived Tuesday late and I scheduled to have it installed Thursday am 1st appointment. They showed up on time btw I got a 30min heads up phone call.
The tech finished the work and all is well.

Grace Plumbing Services Incorporated replaced my garbage disposal . They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely matter. When he completed the job, he cleaned up is mess, so when he left, I didn't have to clean up after him. I would strongly recommend Grace Plumbing Service to anyone with a plumbing problem. Great and Prompt Service. Our water heater suddenly stopped working. We called Grace Plumbing late the night before and a technician was scheduled to come out the very next day. The water heater was fixed the same day and they were very courteous. Thank you so much for the quick service! It's awful to not have a hot shower!

They truly did go above and beyond! Had them out to repair a hot water heater. Ended up needing a new one after 2 trips of trying to fix it. They had to redo some piping and move things in my garage.... then cleaned EVERYTHING up and were VERY professional. I think it was Jerry but can't be sure at this time. I would have them in my home again for anything I need plumbing wise. Great job!

My home warranty company sent Grace Plumbing to repair my water leak . The service was prompt, and Todd did the job in a timely matter.

As he was making the repairs on our water heater, he took the time to explain what he was doing and offered valuable suggestions on keeping the unit in proper shape down the road. Very impressive. Grace Plumbing was called by AHS to service a toilet stoppage. They called very quickly and worked around my schedule. They called and said the service guy was on his way and would be there in 30 minutes. He was very helpful, professional and took care of the problem. My garbage disposal was not working. My homeowners warranty sent Grace Plumbing. The tech arrived on time, found there was something stuck in the disposal, removed it and disposal now working.

Had a main drain clogged. Could not use any plumbing the the house...my wife's worst nightmare. Have a home warranty through AHS and called them on the Sat before XMAS. They told me they had one company, Grace Plumbing, that could come out on Sunday. Grace called me on Sunday around 9:30 am that they would be at my house in half an hour and they showed up on time. Bill was the technician....real nice guy He found the clog at around 80' and was done in an hour or so. I couldn't have had a better experience. I know some of the posts said they had nightmares with this company, but I had a great experience. Thanked Bill for coming on a Sunday.
