If you want a company that will take your money to set up your estate planning and then ingnore your executor after you pass away well this is your company. After my wife's mother passed away she tried contacting them many times, when a meeting was finally set up the Gaurdian rep. never showed up and would not return calls. When the owner was called to try to discuss issues and have questions answered he set up a meeting, and then didnt show up either. His voice mail response was " if you have any problems please submit a letter". When setting up a esate package for your heirs to take care of your last wishes you want a company that will be around to answer questions for your family members NOT to ignore them. PLEASE a company that will respond to your executor and help guide them in this trying time, NOT one that cant be bothered like Gaurdian seems to be. RUN to find another company!!!
