Kim altered a dress or half of the dress,she only altered the shoulders and not the bodice,it was not wearable,she insisted she had done alterations to both areas even though it was obvious on the seam side of the dress nothing had been done. You could see the on the shoulders ,no refunds ,stuck with unbearable dress,while I was there I was able to view her hand at work on a finished altered wedding gown. It was a frighteningly bad.I felt sorry for the bride as the wedding was that night
