Purchased a power recliner. Chair was comfortable, however power was always messing up. Repairman came many times, changed all parts but in the end Power could not be fixed so chair was picked up by Lazy boy and refunded my money. Customer service was excellent. I’m still looking.

Walked in wanting to buy some new couches, left pretty upset. Walked in three associates looked at us then looked away. Walked around waiting for someone to approach us and no one did. Horrible customer service
