Worse then 1 star . Company advised application was approved and needed Down payments right away which I did . Called a few times about lease ( no calls back ) and the day before I am supposed to be moving they say that "Owner changed mind ,not renting " . So that put me in a horrible situation and they are beyond unprofessional. Have contacted Media to help me with this and get to truth. Racist remarks were said as well and I am also having that looked at . Stay away !!!!!

Pros: Online tenant portal to easily pay your rent, ask questions, and request maintenance; willing to contact you through texts and emails as well as phone; promptly fixes maintenance issues and then follows up to make sure everything is running smoothly; quickly responds to questions
Cons: actually does home inspections yearly. I know it is in the lease, but I have never had someone actually do the inspection before. But I will say it was scheduled a week in advance and brief, about 2 minutes.

I have been renting with Lotus for well over a year now. I like this property company so much I signed on for 2 more years. They have been extremely quick in fixing my repairs. I had an AC go out in May and then the other unit go out in July. Both were fixed quickly and with follow ups. The women that work in the office are extremely friendly and when I ask random questions they get back to me within 24 hours. The owner gets a lot of negative reviews for being rude and especially rude to women. This has not been my experience at all. He is very direct and short when he talks to people. He is all business with his tenants, which might be what comes off as rude. But I find him willing to listen to issues I had with the property when i moved in, and he even let me have the keys a week early when I told him I had a business trip coming up right after my move in. I will probably stay with this property company until I am ready to buy a house.

Lotus real estate has been an excellent place to rent from. Their property is a great place to raise a family at. Their property is a nicely kept property. They are all so friendly. Whenever we have to get something fixed they respond immediately. We love how they treat us

Mr. Venkata Narla helps managing my two rental properties over three years. All the rents income received on time. City and state taxes have been take good care of. His managing team is with fast response on repairs. I love Lotus Real Estate and highly recommend to my friends.

Venkata and his staff have gone above and beyond to make our move into our beautiful home a good one. He has been extremely accommodating with getting maintenance issues done, and even made a personal visit, as any good manager should, to make sure the work was being done right. They have a lot of properties to manage and he has never made us feel like he was too busy or didn't care. The repair staff he has sent to house have been extremely friendly and helpful. I personally do not see where any of the negative reviews are coming from. Most likely tenants that were not fulfilling their part of the lease agreement. If things keep going this well, we will keep extending our lease. I highly recommend Venkata and Lotus! 5 Stars

We have been renting through Lotus since January of this year and have not had any real issues with them or the rental process. From the application process, to moving in, we have been able to contact Lotus about any issue or question we have had and they have always gotten back to us. If needed, I would rent another house from Lotus in the future.

We haven't had any real problems with the management company, but its a little frustrating when we were asked to call and make appointments for maintenance. We had a leak in one of the bathrooms, we were told the plumber would call us and make an appointment, but we didn't get any phone calls from him so we asked the management if he was going to call, and they asked us to give him a call instead.
Same thing with the garage door. Both of the men that came to fix the house asked if we we're the owners since we made the call. They both were surprised that we were the renters.
This would be our only complaint.

We had a problem with the washer, and they gave us a brand new one

We have truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the timely response to those few maintenance issues we had since we have been renting here. We also appreciate the cooperation of the owner, and Mr. Narla and the Lotus staff whenever we needed to make contact. We would recommend doing business with Lotus for real estate needs.

Stay away from dealing with this company. We have been renting with them for a few months now and they have showed they do not care about their tenants. When we first moved in we noted numerous issues of which they fixed less than half. And the few they did fix took them 5 weeks to repair. We had also asked for a few things to be done before moving in, like cleaning the place, removing cigarette butts from the fire pit, doing a final landscaping so everything was ready for us and around it and to move some appliances so we could use our own. None of it was done. In fact, the house was worse than when we viewed it. There were items in the refrigerator, a toilet seat missing, grill missing, overgrown/dead grass and more. They have also refused to fix a broken pantry door because it wasn't cost efficient to send someone to fix it. And don't even start on getting the keys. We had to drive an hour to pick them up to be told they were in the lock box, which they weren't.

Venkata is the type of the agent who makes you feel like you need to take a shower after dealing with him. Pushy, dishonest, extremely unpleasant and disrespectful, I am very surprised he is still in business. You may like the property, but please make sure to do your homework as this guy will tell you any lie to close the deal and you will end up with the lemon.

I've been renting with them for over 2 yrs. I have never had a management company give less of a crap about their tenants as this company does. Because the owner is of a different cultural background he treats me (a female) like crap and refuses to communicate with me about anything despite my name being on the lease.
