I've taken my truck there a few times they always do a good job an they don't try an charge a whole lot and never have any problems.

Absolutly HORRIBLE!!! We came here to get a transfer case fixed..9 days later with no communication we got it back. A week later it was broken because the mechanic didnt connect it right so it was once agaim broken. They promised by the end of that day it would be fixed. It of course wasnt and tried to contact them many times with no contact back until 4 days later saying it would be done in 2 days. Of course that also didnt happen and we still havent had any calls back when we talk to them and are still waiting on our truck which has now been over a week. The lack of communication is HORRIBLE. I understand things go wrong but keeping someone posted shouldnt be an issue considering their mechanic messed up so it should have been top priority to keep customers happy. I will NEVER bring our truck here again EVER. And DO NOT recommend them to anyone..unless you enjoy weeks without a vehicle and no communication.

The mechanics are very knowledgeable and do not try to gouge you on unnecessary replacements or parts markups. The offer a great service rates on lengthy repairs. Thanks Lucky Auto.
