I began my search for a new place to live in November 2021. I was so worried about being scammed. I was drawn to MacLay Realty because of the watermark on their photos. I have seen the house I rented listed on other sites. The watermark was all the proof I needed that I contacted the right realtor. Everything is so professional. There is a resident portal where I can sign in. On that portal, I can pay my rent, print my lease, and request for maintenance. Every time I sent in a maintenance request, they responded promptly. I received a text message with an ETA and the name of the person who would arrive to complete the request. Receiving this text provided additional security for me. I am a single grandmother raising 4 small boys. Having a stranger knock on your door in a new neighborhood can be pretty scary. So I appreciate those text messages. After the technician leaves, I receive a follow-up text asking if the work was completed and did I need anything else.
