I had a great experience at this clinic. I was working on my Harley and dropped the tranny on my hand and bruised it instantly. It hurt so bad I thought I broke it and wanted to get it looked at. I walked in to the office and they signed in for me since I couldn't right. They then gave me an ice pack and got me back. The xray was ok and they said I was good to go. Got some pain meds and a splint so I wouldn't move it. Guess I will be waiting to work on the bike a little longer.

I was afraid that I had broken my foot. When the nurse saw me in the waiting room with my foot elevated, he offered to get a wheel chair for me. He was very thorough in checking my records even to the point of noticing that my tetanus shot was due. I let them wheel me in for x-rays (why walk if you can ride!?) and was pleased to discover there was no fracture. I was in, x-rayed & out with my prescription for anti-inflamatories and my tetanus shot in less than 1 hour. They were caring, thoughtful, and thorough. The facility was super clean, efficient and well equipment. Hope I don't need to come back soon, but when I need an urgent care again you can be sure this is where I will come!

Nextcare has a system where you can check in online or on the phone so you don't have to wait in the waiting room. They call you when it is your turn to be seen and give you 30 minutes to get there. This sounded good to me as I was working and had limited time to be gone. I checked in and was called when it was my turn to be seen. I arrived in 15 minutes. I sat in the waiting room for an 1.5 hours while they called every other person in the room, including people that arrived after me. When I asked them how long I would have to wait, they told me they couldn't give me an estimate. I had to leave to go back to work and lost 2 hours of my day for nothing. I would NEVER return to that place. It has the worst service I've ever seen.
