Have used Zagg and Ghost Armor in the past at the Chandler mall, but they have disappeared randomly. Ended up finding PhantomSkinz and am really glad I did. Their product is 10x better than the Invisible Shield, and significantly better than Ghost Armor. Lots of options, so I try a different skin pretty much every time I get a new phone or tablet (I'm kind of addicted to technology). The best part is the customer service. They are always friendly and take care of me if I ever have a problem with the skin (damaged) or even if I get my phone replaced (3rd time) and it isn't even a problem with the PhantomSkinz. Highly recommended!

THIS IS THE LETTER I HAVE SENT THEM >>>>>>>I’m writing you this because of the shockingly bad customer service I received at your Chandler fashion square center location. I bought an Apple Ipad Friday Dec 3rd and wanted to get the screen protected I went into your store to do so. When it was finished I could see small bubbles and scratches but the man who did it told me they would go away in a few hours. Although some did there were still some small bubbles and one nickel size one in the corner. I had to lift the corner a little bit to push it out. But there were still small ones in the middle of the screen. When I tried to draw with my flat tip felt stuyles it you could feel bumps. So I went in after work on Sunday Dec.5 at 3:30 pm and wanted it redone the Kid behind the counter told me {who told me he Owned company} I would have to repay. I told him that was not far since it never set right. He then told me that was all he could do. I asked to talk to a manager, he told me he was the manger, I then asked for the owner to contact me he told me he was the owner. I told him if that was true I wanted a refund. The answer was “NOPE you most likley poked it with your keys”. Now why would I poke my own new Ipad with Key’s. I was so upset I then left the store went to the Apple Store and talk to a Manager I told him what happened since they were the ones who told me to go there. The manager then walked over to the store to peek and see if it was the owner. And told me it was not. Since I have been a very good customer at the Apple store they told me in there meeting in the morning he would tell his people to no longer send anyone there that they would send them to another place that was in the mall. But I have never been this Upset so I would like the real owner to call me. And by so amazing possibility that kid is the owner then I will be taking this to small claims court among making sure the name of phantom Skinz is known for a bad product and horrid customer care. Don’t get me wrong I’m not hurting for the money but I do want a refund now only because of how rude I was treated. If I do not receive a refund I have no problem taking it to small claims were I well ask for the court fees as well as the cost what I paid for the product.
