Very practicle self defence concepts for beginners. Cool throws and locks at more advanced stages. Wonderful positive training environment for all. As a client, I'm very happy with this school.

I am a mom of 4 girls, and almost all of us train at the Quest Center. It is so important for women to know how to defend themselves, as we are usually the targets for most attacks. We are learning how to keep ourselves safe, but also how to stay calm in a stressful situation, and how to show respect to all around us. This school provides character building as well as body, mind, and spirit. It has helped me to be a better, and more in control mom, and has given me peace of mind that my girls are learning to have the confidence and skill to handle themselves in any situation. I have been training in the Martial Arts since I was 11 years old. In that time I+ve seen a lot of martial arts schools, let me tell you, a good quality establishment like the Quest Center with the caliber of instruction that you get there is a rare gem of a find. The staff truly cares and it shows. The atmosphere is positive upbeat and conducive to learning.
