My dog hates getting groomed. We are always nervous about dropping her off. The always do a great job. Other places she has come back with cuts, but here they take great care of her.

Thank you again for getting Buster in today. I really do appreciate it. He sure needed a haircut. You guys did a great job and I'm going to recommend you to all my friends. Keep up the great work.

We asked the owner for a specific cut, which she completely ignored! Dogs looked terrible. When we complained the owner was extremely rude and unapologetic. Steer well clear of this place!

my dogs love coming here! they do a good job for a great price. staff are nice and love the dogs as well. i always come here and will never change

Excellant job!! Bailey has a smooth coat and she looks so pretty. I had a welcome to the neighbood coupon. Bailey had a bath and they brushed her really good, and her groomer did a great job. Thank you

Love this place. It looks better than my own hair salon. Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I could tell how passionate everybody was about the pets that were in the salon. I felt very comfortable to leave my puppy there. He looked amazing when I picked him up. Finally a groom shop that knows what they are doing.

I brought my puppy who is "very" wild in for a nail trim. It took two people but they did an absolutely fabulous job. I'm so thankful that I have a place I can trust to bring my little wild gal!

We visited this salon for the first time last week and were thrilled about our experience. We have a 6 year old ShihTzu named Max. Upon arrival not only were we greeted but Max was too. The girls are so nice and I was more than confident that I was leaving Max in good hands. His haircut looked amazing and was finished right when they told me it would be. Prices were great. I can't think of anything bad to say about this salon! A+++

I have a mid sized rescue dog that I have had for approx 4 years now. GIven the fact that he is a rescue dog, he is certainly apprehensive about going new places, and dealing with new people SPECIFICALLY groomers.After contacting the business via telephone to make an appointment. The appointment was set, and confirmed. I later had to change the appointment time and was MORE than accomadated and immediately my appointment was changed.On the day of my appointment, I was greeted by the owner and groomer at the salon. The groomer,who obviously had a lot of experience with dogs, was able to calm him down and relax him. I also noted that she was extremely knowledgable on breed specific styling. She made sure to discuss various style options with me prior to my departure.When it was time to pick my dog up, he was ready significantly earlier than was expected. Not only was my dog looking great, but prices were awesome! DEFINITELY RETURNING!

I brought my cat into your salon. Gizzy never leaves the house so he gets very scared. The owner was very patient and loving with him. She took the time to settle him down. After he was groomed his long hair was so beautiful. I can not thank you enough for bathing and combing him. I would definately bring my pets to your salon. Your location is convenient, your prices are fair, and your staff is friendly and put the needs of my cat first. Job well done. Thank you.

I have a new poodle puppy who is now almost 5 months old and I had taken him to a near by pet groomer who came recommended. They did a decent job but really didn't do much for the $30 charge plus tip. I wanted to try someone new and noticed that Prestige had just opened up next to my gym. One night I decided to take him in on a whim. They got me in right away, were super friendly to both me and my puppy, took excellent care of him, were very knowledgeable, and did everything I needed for half the price!!!!I am extremely happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend them. Great location, knowledgeable & friendly staff, and a great price... whats not to love?

We live right behind this pet salon. Very convenient location with parking right in front. It was the first time we took our Golden Retriever Duncan to a different groomer. They greeded Duncan with treats, set on the floor with him so that he could get used to the new environment and the new person. He loved getting the attention. My husband and I had considered shaving Duncan because of his excessive shedding. Our groomer informed us about the risks shaving a Golden since their coat wasn't meant to be shaved. She talked to us about alternatives we could do instead and we decided to do a de-shedding and light trimming on him. When we picked the boy up we were amazed how beautiful he looked. He has never looked so handsome before. I would recommend this salon at anytime. The employees are great. Very friendly and knowledgeable and offer great customer service. To top it off, we paid less for the grooming than we ever had before. We hope that you are there to stay and wish you great succ

Had our dog groomed here, figured we would try and support a new local business. Ended up costing me $20 more than our normal groomer who is 3 miles away! Our dog came home looking pretty good, although her hair had been cut more than is expeted for her breed, indicating a poor knowledge of breed sensitive styling, which is a disspointment considering how much they charge for our breed! The checkout cost (upon collection) was some $25 more than we were quoted! My wife didnt understand why and the lady didnt do a good job explaining it to her, so I called them up, the lady I spoke to was arrogant and condescending. This attitude has pushed out business back to our regular groomer, what a shame that a small business start up, in todays climate, operates with such silly business practices and arrogance. Nevermind, cusotmers beware!
