Per Mike's instructions I drove from east Mesa down for an "elbow friendly" string job on my racquet. Strings broke 2 weeks later. When I drove back down, there much sooner than I ever expected, I had to pay the difference to re-string - per Mike "my issue with this is that you purchased a clearance string so you need to pay the difference". I am quite disappointed with this as I purchased what he recommended. I will not go back again (even if this string job fails too).
