I normally get great cs with my Hd location but my experience with special order section is unbelievably bad I had to write. I bought installation service/measuring for my exterior door explaining to over 3 men that it was urgent and that I need good info. First it took over 3 weeks for free craft to come out and measure a week for a first contact. ( by the way I had to call them 1 st) then

When I chose my door I was told so many different things I couldn't even trust them to pay and order. It was wood it wasn't pure wood there was no working speakeasy. Then it was. I had read one thing and they told me another. The one fellow never seemed to want to be at work and treated me like I didn't belong there. This
