I have been with Truforce about a year now and I'm horrible with names but I have to tell u "supreme service " from cust serv to tech to owner. And I have never had them late on dates and times. SUPREME ***

Top company to work with and for. We take pride in providing and training to provide top level customer service.

My experience with TruForce has been great! Our technician Scott was very knowledgeable and thorough. They always come on our scheduled day and never show up late. I'm so glad to be scorpion free thanks to TruForce!

I don't have any negative things to say about this company. Any problems or issues are handled courteously by the office staff. They always go the extra mile to ensure I am fully satisfied. The products they use are effective at getting rid of any unwanted bugs and seem to keep them away for good. Their technicians are always on time and ready to service my home. Every time they come to the door, they're extremely professional and informative about that days service and they always check back up when the job is done. Alex is very friendly as are all of the techs. I recommend this company to anyone looking to get rid of any pesky pests!

Tru force pest control couldn't be a better company in any way possible. All of the technicians and office staff are extremely professional and really know their stuff. They make sure to answer every question that you may have as best as possible. They are constantly going above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as possible. And if you don't feel that in any they didn't do a good enough job then they will send out another technician whenever you want to re-service your entire home. And every time that the technicians come out to spray, they completely answer all of my questions and run a step by step to what they are going to perform for the day. If you're looking to get rid of any bugs or critters around your home, then Truforce is the company for you!

DON'T CHOOSE ANY OTHER PEST CONTROL COMPANY!! This place is the absolute best at what they do. Their products are the best of the best and they really do the job! You can say bye to any type of bugs or mice or any pest for that matter. Their technicians are top notch professionals and know exactly what they are talking about. They're very educated on their products and have a solution for every issue. All of the office staff are extremely helpful and informative and have helped with any problems I have encountered. This company goes above and beyond for all of their customers. They really make you feel like you're apart of their family. Their products are absolutely amazing, and they really only use the best of the best pesticides on your home. And even better yet everything is all organic and are derived from a certain type of flower! Totally safe for your family and pets! Truforce is a great pest control company! I have had many companies come and go. But I don't think this company will be going anytime soon. I recommend this company to all my friends and family. Office staff and especially technicians are great and really easy to work with and help with any issue I have. And if I do have an issue they do everything in their power to fix that issue. Hey I work for this company and have nothing but good things to say. This company is incredible through and through, all of the employees are so friendly and make you feel like you are apart of their family. I have had TruForce spray multiple residences of my mine for a couple of years now and I've been overall pleased with their efforts. There have been a couple of hiccups along the way but they are quick to resolve it and we're very friendly too.

I hate this service! they never showed up they wanted to send me to collections and make me pay over $200! Worst experience with them. Still made me pay the initial $35. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE!

I am with Justin W. These people are horrible! I couldn't get service. I couldn't get answers. I was lied to!!! If you hate yourself as much as you hate these pests, hire these people. I'm moving on because I'm tired of putting our hard earned money in their pockets... which, btw, be careful! They have some tricks up their sleeves to get more of that, too!

Best pest control company Ive used in AZ. They got rid of my scorps and spiders, even though Ive been sprayed by other companies for a couple years. They are really good about coming out and respraying when I need them to. My wife especially is happy because she really doesnt like bugs.

Living in the valley/desert, where it isn't uncommon to see spiders, bed bugs, and even scorpions, pest control is must. It is clear that truforce's priority is to take care of their customer and keep those bugs and critters away!

We have been in our house for 2 years now and at first didn't see a ton of pest activity. We saw an occasional bug here or there but nothing out of the ordinary, so we never used an exterminator. In our second year of living at our house the bugs seemed to come from everywhere. First, it was the backyard that was overrun by wolf spiders, and then we started having issues with black widows. Nobody even wanted to set foot in our backyard. It wasn't long after that that we started seeing tons of earwigs in the bathrooms coming from our sinks and shower drains. We then saw two scorpions right in our living room and that was the tipping point! We needed someone out there asap! Our neighbors across the street had Truforce Pest Control, so we gave them a call and informed them of our infestation. Alex, the technician that came out was very professional and extremely kind. He did a thorough job and we quickly noticed a decline in spider activity. Within a month, we didn't see any live earwigs in the house and since using TruForce we haven't seen even one wolf spider, scorpion, or black widow, which were our main concerns. We still get treated on a regular basis and couldn't be more pleased with the results. They send us an email, text, and a phone call before we are serviced and then they do their thing. We get an email once service is complete with an invoice and this works perfectly for us. I would highly recommend this service as they have taken care of our infestation and have been very kind and easy to communicate with. A definite five star review from us!

I've had this company servicing my house for several years. At first, they sold me on the product and superior service...but alas, it was not so. The product seemed to work ok, but the SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I finally had enough and fired them today. I have pest tubes in my house, and they will treat through them, which is why I selected Tru-Force in the first place. I was double charged one month for their service, and only after I called and complained several times did they even acknowledge that they had done anything wrong. Later, they missed several appointments that they had set, even though I had modified my schedule to be home so that they could spray the interior of my home. They also weren't treating through the pest tubes as agreed upon in my contract (even though they would mark it off on their invoice as treated), and so I would have to call them back out to do it again. The technician was like, "I think I treated them," when in reality, he didn't even have the equipment on his truck, and they had to send out a different technician. Huge pain in the a$$, and a complete lie. We kept having billing problems with them, and so I finally had them put me on "appointment only," meaning they would call me every other month to schedule the service, instead of just showing up. Well, that was sporadic at best, and it was more like every 3 or more months. This didn't make sense to me either, because when I first signed with them, it was "mandatory" to have two back-to-back treatments to "interrupt the breeding/nesting cycle of the insects." If that's true, then why the heck can they skip my treatments for several months, without needing back-to-back treatment to get it back under control? Sounds like a gimmick to line their pockets.



Finally, today, over a week after they were supposed to be here, I called them to see what happened. You know what they told me? "Oh, we must have been scheduling for NEXT month (even though we specifically set the time and date for NEXT TUESDAY...not NEXT MONTH). Complete and utter BS. Who schedules 5 weeks out? They never have before, and we had specifically set a time and date, and I had arranged for someone to be home. They always schedule a couple days before, or a week at most. I fired them, and they're like, "but we'll give you a free service!" No thanks...



So, in a nutshell, if you want an expensive, unreliable company who will waste your time, double-bill you, and lie to you on what services they performed, and not show up for work, this is the one for you! If that's not what you want, I suggest moving on.

We just moved from Denver where we had the service. The service was great out in Colorado but we love it even more in Arizona. The place we moved into had ants galore and very quickly after the first extermination things are already looking way better. Dead roaches is a plus.
