Staci with VIMTRIM is AMAZING. She is incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and supportive. She has helped me set a fitness goal and has been great in helping me achieve it! The workouts are tailored to each individual, and she knows exactly how far to push during them. I'm even able to text her outside of sessions for advice and encouragement on diet and nutrition. I am incredibly happy to have found Staci and would HIGHLY recommend her!!!

I was lucky enough to find John Turose at in the Liv North Scottsdale gym when he began working here. For the past few months I’ve been training with him and taking his group classes. I highly recommend John, as he is an exceptional trainer.

During the initial sessions he went through workout and health history, diet, injuries, and made an effort to clearly understand my fitness goals. He gave me direction in my diet (which I asked for) by having me keep a food journal and then gave me advice on my eating habits… He continues to work with me, balancing weightlifting (push, pull, abs, legs) with healing exercises for my many injuries. John is very smart and highly knowledgeable about the body- he studied exercise science and helps me understand the function of the exercises in strengthening and stretching. Sessions are challenging- John maintains a perfect balance between pushing me, yet working with my limitations. He makes sure that I am doing the exercises correctly and not hurting myself, and is patient in helping me learn the correct form. John’s super friendly, hilarious and kind energy makes the sessions really fun. He genuinely cares about his clients and forms easy friendships with many of us!!...John’s group classes are also creative and wonderful workouts. I highly recommend John’s personal training and group classes to anyone seeking to improve in fitness, health and life!! John is awesome!

I had never used a personal trainer before and was not sure how I would like it, but Tiffany is absolutely incredible. I was not in good shape at all and would get really overwhelmed trying to start a new regimen--trying to do too much too soon, or not having any idea how to weigh lift. My job has a lot of long hours and I did not have time to put hours into the gym each night. Tiffany not only made everything really manageable, but she was so incredibly encouraging -- no matter how negative I felt about myself and the shape I was in, Tiffany was great at making me see what I did well and how much progress I was making. On days we did not meet, the suggested workouts were great and very manageable, and fit in with my very busy schedule. The progress I made in my first month was huge and I would never have been able to do it without her.

Tiffany is an amazing Trainer. Both my Fiance and I trained with her together and she was able to adapt our training sessions to meet our individual goals which were completely different. She was motivating and encouraging and each session was enjoyable. I actually enjoyed going to the gym for once. I loved that each session was different and she pushed me to my limits. Within a couple of weeks I really started to notice positive changes in my body and in the way my clothes were fitting. She tracked our body fat and muscle mass so we could also see the improvements that way. I am signing up for a second group of sessions with her and can’t wait to continue the journey.

I have been working with Joshua Schwartz. Josh is very knowledgeable about the mechanics in doing workouts and explains them to me so that I can perform them without injury to myself. Being a bit older that is important to me. He also demonstrates them which is very helpful. Josh is very compassionate and interested in each of the people he trains and is very attentive to any concerns we have. He takes the time to listen to his clients and help them in any way he can. He is an excellent trainer and motivates us to want to keep up the training, which isn’t always easy.

Josh Schwartz is an Outstanding Fitness Instructor. He demonstrates weightlifting techniques and body mechanics in order for me to make my body Fit for Life. Josh not only goes in detail with the physical aspect of training, but with the mental side of training as well. Josh has the knowledge and understanding of ‘what to do’ and ‘why to do’ all of the exercises for me to train my entire body. He is very compassionate and genuine in making sure I understand all aspects of fitness/training. Whatever level you might be with your training, Josh will make training for you feel comfortable and ready to press on in obtaining your personal best. Josh is very professional and communicates terrifically to all who train with him. He is constantly praising and encouraging. As well as, educating me with the latest fitness/training trends which goes along with the research that supports the effectiveness of the many kinds of exercise. I've been going to Vimtrim for about 6 months now and I'm loving my results. I work with John and he is so great. He pushes me just enough but isn't a crazy drill sergeant. He has really personalized the workout to make it right for me and to focus on the most important things to me. I'm so much stronger and more confident than ever. He has helped me with strength training as well as my posture which has helped my lower back pain tremendously. Oh, I've also got mys sister signed up, the group rates are an added bonus! I could go on and on. I'm just very happy with the decision to start with Vimtrim and have no plans of stopping!

Karen Nank at VIMTRIM was awesome in just 6 workouts I lost 2% body fat and gained 2% muscle. She keeps the workouts challenging and fun.They are great and will do bioimpedence measurements to measure gain in muscle and loss in body fat. much more accurate than scale.

I have been working out with Tiffany for almost 2 years now. I attend her group classes in the apartment community regularly and I'm currently training with her as well. She always pushes me to train hard and thanks to her I have gained a lot of strength and stamina. She makes sure to suggest alternative exercises in case of minor injuries to prevent aggravating the injury further. I am honored to have Tiffany as my trainer.

I have been working out with John Turose for about 3 months, it has become my favorite 2 hours of the week! John is working with me on healing old injuries, strengthening muscles after surgery, improving posture, and eating properly. I have lost @25 lbs, but even better than that, my muscle % has been increasing and my fat % decreasing and I am losing inches! I feel great - I am so glad that I signed up to train with John, it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I highly recommend John and Vimtrim - he encourages me and gets me through even when I don't think I can actually keep going, and he is amazing at modifying exercises or finding new ones if one we try doesn't work well for me. Thank you John!!

I love working with Tiffany. I have never gotten into going to the gym because I have physical issues and am worrried about getting hurt. Tiffany tweaks the exercises so that I feel comfortable and safe while doing them. She's really the reason I'm able to work at getting healthy
