Provided by YP.comAfter my father had an accident on the Turner Turnpike, his truck was towed to this place. I called Howard, the owner, to see if the truck was operable. He informed me that the steering column was broken and the truck was inoperable. Then he added, very snidely, that my father's registration was five years out of date. I knew this to be untrue because my father pays for his tag annually and taught all three of us kids to do the same. Howard's unprofessional demeanor was completely out of line, as my father and his wife were lying in an ER room at the Stroud hospital at this point, and were to be transferred to St. Francis in Tulsa very soon after. I was simply trying to find out whether or not the vehicle was operable, since there were several of us at the hospital who could have driven the truck home. Trooper McVey (who is extraordinarily nice) had run my Dad's tag and knew that someone had just removed the registration stickers. He did not ticket my father, which he most assuredly would have been if his registration was out of date. Today, I met a wrecker service at Chandler Tire to pick up my Dad's vehicle. Howard was there and was incredibly rude. He cussed at me when I confronted him about his poor customer service, his lack of compassion, and his terrible treatment of my family during our time of need. Then, he made me and the wrecker service I'd engaged wait 30 minutes while he changed a trooper's oil and would not open the gate so that the wrecker service could load my father's truck. Don't give this place your business. The owner is rude, disrespectful, and clearly hates women...especially women who call him out for his unprofessional and rude behavior. Lesson: If you need a tow service on the Turner Turnpike, ask for one out of Bristow, Stroud, or Wellston, but not this place. Shame on you, Howard!

Provided by YPmobileI stopped to get a small hole fixed in a tire and they kept saying " if it can be fixed" without even seeing the hole. Then they kept acting like it was worse than it was and tried selling me an entire set of new tires calming mine were no good for back roads and oil field work. I don't work in the oil field and the truck is only driven on highway and I've been around tire shops enough to know the difference. These guys are scam artists DONT GO HERE NO MATTER WHAT. When I took the tire to the place I bought it they laughed and patched the tiny hole and agreed it was a scam. I'm in charge of maintenance at a trucking company so I kind of know what I'm talking about I deal with tires all the time and tire shops on a daily basis

Provided by YPmobileI was stranded turnpike near Chandler with a blown tire and a spare that had no rim in it. I was towed there. They put a new tire on my car without asking (I wanted the spare used) and then gave me no other option than to pay for the new tire or stay stranded in their waiting room. When I called later to complain and try to return the tire, I was basically called a liar and told that there was nothing they could do for me. Please don't support a business with such poor ethics.
