Excellent packaging of a tandem bike and shipping it to me at a very reasonable fee. I couldn't imagine a factory packaging being any better ; seller copped bike off and Bokoo Bikes handled the rest.

Going to this shop is like visiting a junior high. The bikes are excellent quality. The employees are immature and untrained in customer service. We didn't get far enough to find out if they know anything about bikes.
