Gave the shop 4 dimensions for a radiator to be made, when I recieved the radiator only 2 of the dimensions were correct. I asked for refund, salesman said it was customer so refunds. We discussed correcting errors, but salesman was going to charge me to correct his errors. He said he was only making $50.00 on the sale and could not cover the cost to correct. I asked him if he expected me to spend another $100.00, his comment was " is a $100.00 going to kill you.?" Not really what I was expecting for customer service.
