Overheard the cleaning crew laughing and saying how dirty my house was. That is kind of why I hired you. Be professional enough to say that in the car on the way home. It made me feel like I was someone on the show Hoarders. Didn't know that cleaning people were snobby - shouldn't it be the other way around? I'll pass for an imperfect job at $235 for an hour and 15 minutes and missing obvious spots. Major disappointment.

I have been a client of Mint Victoria for 3 years. With other cleaning agencies, including some of the well-known names, I used to switch services every 6 months or so because I would become unhappy with the cleanings - that is NOT the case with Mint Victoria. They are prompt, efficient, reliable and VERY precise. Whenever I need to reschedule, change instructions or otherwise make contact with the agency, John T (owner), is service-oriented and agreeable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company, and I would consider myself rather picky in the areas of service and referrals.

Good cleaning, reliable trustworthy employees. I've had a number of different cleaning services but prefer Mint Victoria. They come, clean wonderfully and quickly, and leave my house in great condition.
