BEST EVER - the outside patio is amazing, covered & heated - specials are great, happy hour is the longest in va & food is amazing not to mention the service! Mark, Pablo & Christine especially! Naturally, I have become a regular..but if I am at home they deliver!! Def a diamond of a spot i would HIGHLY recommend checking it out!

The Holiday brunches, amazing! You can't beat a buffet full of delicious breakfast and lunch items, and they cook exquisite, giant, waffles in front of you every Sunday!

I Came here to eat lunch with my boyfriend and we had a great meal. The service was great, the food was great, and the price was reasonable. I think the best part of the place were the walls!!!! They have a unique and artistic interior design. I really enjoyed it. A little FYI The bar and dining area are separate but both are equally nice.

Tried to donate some clothes to the Good Samaritan, which is a couple doors down. He would not move his overpriced Cadillac to let me get by to the store. The beer distributor had to move his truck. Rob stated that he was the owner, but the way he acted I would be totally surprised. I worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, and if he is the owner I feel sorry for the employees. I used to like this establishment, but will never step foot in it again and will let others know about my bad experience. Rob you did a great disservice to Backyard Grill acting like a fool!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really, REALLY wanted to like this place. It is a Sports Bar kinda joint, super close to my home. Visited several times and just cannot like it. it seems as if there is a group of loyal folks that are there everytime, and I swear that one of our servers was drinking while they were serving us last time. Refills come few and far in between, even for beer, which you pay for the darn refill. Food is "eh" but the workers have never seemed unfriendly, just undedicated and un-motivated to actually work. They want to socialize with the bar crowd.

I definately recommend Backyard for Happy Hour! Huge plate of delicious appetizers and really good drink specials in fun atmosphere!
