I purchased a dress from there and bought it without comparing prices. I did go home and found I could have gotten it for less money...stinks I could have gotten it for less but not a huge deal.



What made me so upset was that I had gotten an estimate for alterations when I purchased the dress for $290.00. There was not much beadwork or anything that would make the alterations too difficult. I went for my first fitting she did all the pinning and the only thing we did not discuss when I purchased the dress was the hem(which I assumed was a pretty obvious alteration) . When they went to ring up the alterations she said $495.00!!!! I told her to please pull the file she had written the estimate down on because she had quoted me A LOT less. She said she didn't have it and that she did a lot more detail then what was discussed. They would not back down on the $495.00 so I had her remove all the pins and left with no alterations. We went home and got the receipt and brought it back to the store....everything she did was listed on the receipt with the exception of the hem!



I wanted a very simple dress and I only paid $370.00 for my wedding dress...why would I have paid almost $500.00 in alterations!?!? I could have had a custom dress made for under $1000.00. I felt very mislead and disappointed.

I want to write and send my thanks to Best Bridal and Tailoring for the great service they provide for me. I came in and had some difficult arrangments and last second requests that they made happen for me. They were fast and professional. Defintely the place to go if you need pants or any other tailoring done.
