These guys will cut every corner to make an extra dollar. They sold me a defective blu ray, made me pay for shipping to return, and then deny any problem. On top of this they charged a 30% handling fee. I would keep well away from them. Be warned.

Don't buy anything from them. I ordered a new Coby TV. When it arrived it was apparent it was a retread - the box had been opened and the TV menu was programmed in Spanish. This wouldn't be a problem, but the TV didn't work and it was obvious the previous purchaser had returned it because of that. Cedar PC simply packaged it up and resold it. I applied for, and was given a RMA for return and promptly returned it - but five weeks later there is still no refund. Even if I get the refund, I'm still out the shipping costs both ways (about $35) simply because they decided to sell me a piece of equipment they should have known was defective.

Easy Peasy. Just as I expected. I was introduced to a new product on their deals page - I'd never heard of the WD Web Stream TV product. It is sweet. Arrived on time and works great. Thanks CedarPC

It is a very good option to acquire technology products over the internet, has good serbicio and they are always timely in delivery.

Cedarpc always has great products and a great selection. I don't think i have ever had to return a defective item. I would recommend shopping online rather than going to the retail store as the wait to get products from the warehouse really sucks and unfortunately they haven't implement an order online and pick up at store option as of yet, despite many requests over the years. Quality and price are the best. I am local, so even with ground service, it is like next business day or 2nd day. The do ship out in a very timely fashion. Now if we can just get that in-store pickup...

Found product I was looking for very quickly. Shipping and tracking info accurate. I do however notice at least one email a day from them. I do not recall asking for that, but perhaps that is just how they do things. Video showing product was unique. I will check them out again when I need to buy similar items.
