We happen to think the food is pretty enchanting, too. Our mission at Hatch is to bring great, fast New Mexican food to Virginia while staying true to the reason our ancestors all gathered around a fire in the first place: community. In addition to great food we offer a Pay-It-Forward program, where for a few extra dollars on your bill you can buy a certificate good for one free entree. Give them to your friends, neighbors, or post it on our community board for another hungry guest!
