My technician, Paul Scarcella, was very professional. He was very thorough and explained in detail all products being used. He answered all my questions confirming he is well trained in this profession. I have had other pest companies before and many of their technicians did not have the expertise and knowledge of the products they used. Very scary!! I felt very confident with Paul and he knowledge of pest control and safety. Very glad I found Moxie Pest Control.

The technician Andrew Hagler was excellent. He was very professional and I had a great customer experience as he explained what he was doing. I must say they do a very good job at following up with the customers to make sure they are happy with the results, which I am. Thanks Andrew and the office for calling back and following up on the issue.

the pest technician - Rob Sallade had a wonderful service to my property on 10/25/2016. the work was professional.

Excellent overall experience. Promptly serviced our home within two days of initial contact. Technician, Rob Sallade, explained every service he was going to provide. After service, left a detailed explanation of everything applied to home and lawn. Exceptionally professional company that I highly recommend.

Anthony Robinson was our Technician today and he did an outstanding job. He was completely up to date on our needs, prompt, professional and courteous.

We are a new customer to Moxie Pest, Devin came by our door and explained their process, how Moxie Pest is different. We purchased the yearly package.

We are very happy with our Moxie service. The technician, Tyler Torres, was friendly and knowledgeable. He provided a thorough explanation of each point of service and provided additional suggestions for how to secure potential points of access for pests to our house.

We had our quarterly service today. Stephen Smith has been our technician for a year now. He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. After I show him the trouble areas, he makes sure that he takes care of them besides the quarterly service. Stephen also explains everything to me and does an amazing job. Hopefully he will be doing our service in 3 months again. Thanks Stephen.

Jack did a fine job today with the treatment for stink bugs. He was very courteous and informative. I have had Moxie Pest Control for a year or more and have been pleased with the services performed.

Kevin from Moxie Pest Control provided great service treating my cricket issue. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and gave me detailed information.

I've been a customer with Moxie for about 2 years now. The prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly. They are very on time with my quarterly services and will come out in between if any pest problems arise. Tommy Kane came to perform a service for me and did an excellent job at pinpointing a pest issue I was having. It was fixed immediately thanks to him!

Keith Garfield came out because we'd been seeing a lot more spiders recently. He did a great job spraying around the outside of the house covering ant holes and making sure we were spider web free outside. Then he came in to spray and did a focused approach for the bedrooms where we were seeing the spiders. We had just painted and replaced carpeting and I was a bit worried about how this would affect the work. Everything looks perfect and I was especially impressed with the shoe covers he wore when he entered the house. Keith Garfield's service was excellent and he represents Moxie Pest Control very well. He is the kind of tech who will keep people using your company.

First let me start with, I was going to cancel service a few months back. Some issues were raised and I was extremely unhappy. I will not elaborate because today their fate was saved. We had a tech by the name of Douglas Paisley. We were treated with a warm hello and patience. We had a lot of questions and he answered them all. Mind you it was his last stop and a Friday. Most people would be rushing to finish and go home. He explained everything he was doing and supplied us with helpful tips. I will keep service as long as he is our rep. In the future. Thanks so much Moxie for getting the right person for the job. We are not high maintenance but have never received quality service until today. Thanks again and please keep Douglas Paisley on staff. If you do workshops for average customers, that need help with preventative maintenance. He would be great for the job. Thanks again and can't wait for our next visit if this continues.

We've already seen an amazing improvement after a few visits from Moxie. Our first technician, Jose Lozano, was very professional, helpful, and explained everything to us very very well. Our second technician Gaetano Lehn was very personable, friendly and understanding while spraying our house. Both techs did an amazing job.

Our technician, Quinton Jones, did an amazing job. He was very polite and professional. (He was also very patient with my young son asking him all kinds of questions about bugs from around the world!) We will happily recommend Moxie Pest Control to any and everyone. Great service, great prices and great people!

Excellent service. My tech, Stefan Walter, didn't just remove a bunch of wasp nests, but actually took the time to explain what kind of wasps they were, how to identify them, and then a little 101 level class on their behaviors and whatnot. Above and beyond anything you'd expect from a pest control service.

Our family signed up for Moxie's service while they were going door to door in our neighborhood. We had seen a few bugs around the house and decided we needed service and would make some calls when we returned home after the kids activities. As we opened the door to leave, there was a guy from Moxie selling services. We signed up on the spot and got same day service. Our technician, Quinton Jones was awesome. He explained what he was doing and how the chemicals worked. He also educated us on all there is to know about bugs. He was friendly and professional. Our problem was worse than we thought and we most likely we require follow up between the quarterly visits. We are hoping to have Quinton Jones service our home every time. So glad we signed up with Moxie!

Tech Stefan Walter was sent out to my home to take care of some silverfish and Ants I was seeing in my home. He did a great job. He sprayed through out my house. He found an Ant pile outside in my flower bed and my backyard. He also noticed and cleared a bunch of wasp nests outside my basement entrance under my deck that other techs missed.
