We are happy with this location in general, however, it would be much better service if they could wash our cars thoroughly, not just spraying water.

I visited Priority Nissan of Chantilly, VA again recently and had another great experience with Bruno Zambrana on the Service Team. Bruno and the staff are wonderful to deal with and always take good care of me. I have also bought both a Maxima and Pathfinder here. Good folks to work with and fair.

Abdel Bouydra was very helpful in getting us the right vehicle at a fair price. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our truck was prepped correctly and read for us to pick up. Priority is the 3rd owner of this dealership and is the best by far.

won't stand behind their work

X-Terra with a full brake service at Chantilly Nissan 2K miles later shutters to a stop and now needs rotors. Talk about having to go in and do a job twice. During the last service the car was detailed. Customer feedback was brought to an obvious rush job, caked-on bird droppings still on the side mirror housings, a shifter console not fully cleaned, and swirls of polish on the body. Promise from Nissan to provide free detail next visit. This next visit advised the make-up detail was NOT going to happen, promise to correct not on file! Unbelievably a Third repair also still not resolved. Beware & avoid the service side of this new location dealer. You don't want to get blown off by a nutty service writer when 3 repairs on a prior visit are still problems. We're taking it further down the road to a shop that has been trusted for years. We have ZERO confidence in Chantilly Nissan to get the 3 jobs done right, and refuse to pay more labor to have it done twice. Run away to another shop as fast as you possibly can. If they don't fix it in Chantilly the first time, times 3, you are stuck on your own.
