Stinks.. My lawn has 50% more weeds and grass cut is always done partial? stay away from these fraudsters is my kind advice

I pre-paid for the year which included overseeding/aeration in the fall. They say they will service your lawn for issues in between visits but that was not true. After repeated calls and false promises, I decided to cancel my service. In similar fashion, I had to call 4 times to receive my refund check. Instead of charging me for the services rendered and refunding me the rest, they instead charged me the average price for each service assuming that each service was equal which is not the case since the overseeding/aeration service is about 4 times more expensive. They ripped me off for approx $80. Not a big deal but you never want to do business with a company that is dishonest and looking to take advantage of the customer.

During the 2010 season, I hired S & S Lawn Service. That summer we had a drought and I was initially unfamiliar with calling to cancel the service by week but eventually did. On days that I forgot to call, the service men could be found at my pond smoking cigarettes and talking on their cell phone since there was no work to be done. I closed the account and haven't heard a word in 2 years but came home today to a warrant in debt at an 18% interest rate with a grand total of over $900 owed for one season, where the work wasn't completed. I'm not only disappointed but frustrated that an attempt to contact me prior to this hasn't been made. I'm sure there will be many other "warrants in debt" from the company in court that day. Money is provided when a service is provided and professionalism is dealt with positive reactions when a situation and/or service is handled fairly. I feel that the company is just out to get money that they believe they are entitled to because they own the company, but I have witnesses and dates and pictures showing otherwise.....just frustrating.
