Took my tundra to trick trucks and ended up with more money to spend to fix the problem!! Beware of this shop. They will not help you after you have it serviced through them. Do your research, go on forums, and never trust this shop PERIOD. If you own toyotas never go here. They have zero knowledge. Go to other shops if you have to stay in northern va area such as Boss's 4x4, Casey's automotive, and high tech.

Purchased their recommended product and started noticing tires wearing out on the outside. Mentioned this to john and have told me that it's a normal behavior on a lifted truck. He recommended tire rotation interval of 1500 to 2500 miles which is absurd and flat out lie.

Due to his unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge about his products that he sells I ended up doing multiple alignments and spent few grand extra to get my truck to work properly.

Trick trucks and bds manufacturer do not want to resolve the issue so buyers beware.

I recently purchased a hard top for my new f150. They had an excellent selection and very knowledgeable staff. My top came in and it had a small scratch on it and they were not about to install it. They sent it back and it was completely re-painted to perfection. I want to thank John M. He kept me posted through out of the whole return and install. Very professional. Thank you, Larry Boyd
