Horrible customer service. Bought a pair 2 weeks ago for my husband to give me for Christmas. Came in shopping right after Christmas qand noticed boots 40% off. Still had them in car never been worn. Asked for a price adjustment since they had never been out of box &sales lady said Dillards did"nt do price adj.. Well she told me to go to customer service which the manager had even bigger atitude & would not even display eye contact & told me the same thing. Now here I was being honest & everyone displays hatred to me & it is the week of the holidays. I cannot even believe that you all would ever think i would shop here again except big sales because once you bought you are no longer important. Thank you very little for making the holidays seem stingy and gloom at Dillards!
