The zipper broke on an expensive pair of boots and another shoe repair store said it was not fixable. I took the boots to Lacocks and he replaced the zipper no problem. Fast turnaround and reasonable price.

they dont even fix shoes they just try to make you buy a pair!

The man behind the counter didn't even look at my shoes closely. I had hardly even opened the bag before he said that he couldn't help me. He then pronounced "I think it's time to go SHOE SHOPPING!" I was appalled. He didn't even ask me how important or worth repairing I thought my boots were. I think he was just lazy and didn't want a challenge. I would have paid for it if he could fix them. He didn't even give them a chance! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!
